I have bought a brand new msi GTX 1070 ti duke GPU, after setup everything was completely alright.But after a while i noticed that when my PC first starts GPU fans spin, but after Windows startup three fans automatically stop. The display is fully OK, just the fans are not spinning after Windows startup.
