WebTypical perifissural lymph nodes are defined as a fissure-attached, homogeneous, solid nodule with smooth margins and an oval, lentiform, or triangular shape. Perifissural nodules are benign ( 12, 13 ). Multiplanar reformations (MPR) are very useful in the evaluation of perifissural nodules and intrapulmonary lymph nodes ( Figure 2 ).
